Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Requirements for Notification of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Federally-Owned Residential Properties and Housing Receiving Federal Assistance

The Department is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring notification of lead-based paint hazards in federally-owned homes and those receiving federal assistance, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review.
