US Government Delegates Authority to Counter Burmese Junta's Anti-Democratic Efforts

The US government has delegated certain functions and authority under Section 5(a) of the Tom Lantos Block Burmese Junta's Anti-Democratic Efforts Act of 2008 to counter the Burmese military junta's anti-democratic actions.
