EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Waiver of Renewable Fuel Standard

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a notice related to a potential waiver of the Renewable Fuel Standard, allowing an additional 15 days for public comment until October 11, 2012.
