EPA Proposes Approval of Texas' Revised Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Texas' request to revise its Beaumont/Port Arthur ozone maintenance air quality State Implementation Plan by replacing motor vehicle emissions budgets with new budgets developed using the EPA's MOVES 2010a emissions model, following a June 28, 2012, submission by the state.
