Department of Defense Corrects Effective Dates for Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Notices

The Department of Defense published corrected notices for the Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records on September 13 and 14, 2012, due to a scheduling conflict that pushed back the effective dates from October 16 and 17, 2012, to October 15 and 16, 2012, respectively.
