SEC Extends Filing Accommodation for Asset-Backed Securities Until September 30, 2013

The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the filing accommodation for static pool information in filings related to asset-backed securities for an additional eighteen months, allowing the rule to apply to filings submitted by June 30, 2012
