EPA Approves Arizona's Plan to Reduce Particulate Matter in Nogales, Arizona

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Arizona's plan to address particulate matter (PM 10) pollution in the Nogales nonattainment area, which shares borders with Mexico. The plan meets the Clean Air Act requirements and includes measures to reduce emissions and ensure the area meets the National Ambient Air Quality Standard for PM 10.
