EPA Finalizes 2013 Biomass-Based Diesel Renewable Fuel Volume

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized the applicable volume of 1.28 billion gallons of biomass-based diesel for calendar year 2013, following a proposal made in 2011 and a review of comments from stakeholders.
