EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina's Revised Motor Vehicle Emissions Budget

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that updates the motor vehicle emissions budget for the Rocky Mount area, which includes Edgecombe and Nash Counties, in an effort to account for changes in emissions models and vehicle miles traveled projections.
