US Department of Education Updates Federal Student Aid Programs

The US Secretary of Education is issuing updated waivers and modifications to federal student financial aid programs, including the Federal Perkins Loan Program, Federal Family Education Loan Program, and Federal Direct Loan Program, to assist individuals affected by military service, disasters, or national emergencies, as required by the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students Act of 2003 (HEROES Act).
