EPA Approves Delaware Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates new requirements for preventing significant deterioration and nonattainment new source review, as well as infrastructure requirements for meeting national air quality standards.
