Department of Education Proposes New Revenue Requirements for Proprietary Institutions

The Department of Education has proposed new regulations requiring proprietary institutions of higher education to derive at least 10% of their annual revenue from non-Title IV sources, and to implement the Net Present Value formula to ensure compliance with these requirements.
