EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Revised Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's request to revise the South Bend-Elkhart, Indiana 1997 8-hour ozone maintenance air quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) by replacing the previously approved motor vehicle emissions budgets with budgets developed using EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) 2010a emissions model, following a request submitted by the state on June 15, 2012.
