EPA Approves Vermont State Implementation Plan Revisions for Greenhouse Gas Permitting

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Vermont's State Implementation Plan, which modifies the state's Prevention of Significant Deterioration program to establish emission thresholds for greenhouse gas emissions from new stationary sources and modification projects.
