EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Delaware's attainment demonstration plan, which shows that the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City moderate nonattainment area met the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard by June 2011, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
