EPA Proposes Update to Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations for California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update a portion of the Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations to ensure consistency with onshore requirements, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990, for sources located within 25 miles of California's seaward boundaries.
