NSF Receives Waste Management Permit Application for Antarctic Expedition

The National Science Foundation has received a permit application from Mike Libecki for a skiing and mountaineering expedition to Queen Maud Land from November 6, 2012 to December 31, 2012, in accordance with the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978 regulations.
