EPA Approves and Conditions North Carolina's Implementation Plans for 1997 and 2006 Fine Particulate Matter National Ambient Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action to approve and conditionally approve parts of North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submissions, demonstrating the state meets the Clean Air Act's requirements for the 1997 and 2006 fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standards.
