EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD), which concern negative declarations for volatile organic compound (VOC) source categories for the SMAQMD, under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990.
