EPA Approves West Virginia Air Quality Implementation Plan with Conditions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted full approval of revisions to West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for air quality, with the exception of a narrow issue related to particulate matter emissions, and has also approved related infrastructure submissions necessary to implement the Clean Air Act.
