Veterans Health Administration to Submit Information Collection to Office of Management and Budget for Review

The Veterans Health Administration, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is required to submit a data collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
