Postal Rate and Classification Changes

The Commission is noticing a recently-filed Postal Service notice of annual price adjustments for all market dominant classes of mail. The adjustments include a one-cent increase in the price of First-Class Stamp (from 45 cents to 46 cents). The Postal Service is also planning to make mail classification changes. This notice addresses procedural steps associated with this filing and invites public comment.
