EPA Approves Alaska's State Implementation Plan for 1997 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Alaska, demonstrating that it meets the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard. The approved SIP includes revisions to update the plan and address conflict of interest disclosure requirements.
