EPA Proposes Approval of Illinois Air Quality Plan for Greif Packaging Facility

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve an adjusted standard for Greif Packaging, LLC's facility in Naperville, Illinois, which will replace portions of the general rule for volatile organic matter emissions with site-specific control technology requirements.
