Agency Information Collection Activities Submission to OMB for Review and Approval Comment Request TSCA Section 5(a)(2) Significant New Use Rules for Existing Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR) submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, which pertains to the Significant New Use Rules for Existing Chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA is required to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) and is seeking public input on the proposed ICR.
