The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a renewal of its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the Metal Furniture Surface Coating (NESHAP) rule, which aims to reduce emissions from metal furniture surface coating facilities, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
