EPA Removes Two Sites from National Priorities List

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has finalized the removal of two sites, the Isle Royale Tailings and Michigan Smelter Tailing parcels of Operable Unit 3, and the Mason Sands Tailings parcel of Operable Unit 1, from the National Priorities List, following completion of response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
