EPA Extends Administrative Stay of New Mexico Air Quality Rule for 45 Days

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the administrative stay of a rule related to New Mexico's air quality plan for an additional 45 days, from October 15, 2022, to January 19, 2023, to allow for further discussions on alternatives to the plan.
