EPA Approves Texas Revisions to Air Quality Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Texas, which address antibacksliding of Major NSR SIP Requirements for the one-hour ozone NAAQS, Major NNSR SIP requirements for the 1997 eight-hour ozone NAAQS, and the Major NSR Reform Program with Plantwide Applicable Limit (PAL) provisions, among other changes.
