EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Revised Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's request to revise its 1997 ozone maintenance air quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) by replacing the previously approved motor vehicle emissions budgets with new budgets developed using the EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) 2010a emissions model, following a request submitted by the state on June 15, 2012, and a final submittal after the public comment period ended on July 18, 2012.
