EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan, which demonstrates the state's compliance with the Clean Air Act's requirements for reducing nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds to meet the 1997 8-hour ozone standard.
