EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plan for 1997 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of New Hampshire's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to demonstrate compliance with the Clean Air Act's requirements for controlling oxides of nitrogen and volatile organic compounds, as well as revisions to existing rules and source-specific orders for fifteen individual sources.
