EPA Proposes Settlement for Digital Equipment Corp. Site in Puerto Rico

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Corporation to cover past response costs at the Digital Equipment Corp. site in San German, Puerto Rico, with payments totaling $50,000.
