EPA Corrects Omission in Delaware Air Quality Implementation Plan Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in its October 2, 2012, approval of Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which addressed preconstruction requirements under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and nonattainment New Source Review (NSR) programs, related to fine particulate matter (PM2.5) regulations.
