US-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement: CITA Establishes Procedures for Considering Commercial Availability Requests

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has set forth interim procedures for reviewing requests under the Commercial Availability Provision of the US-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, following a delegation from the President to determine the availability of fabrics, yarns, and fibers in commercial quantities in both the US and Colombia.
