EPA Amends National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan to Increase Public Access to Administrative Record File

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to update its National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan, allowing the agency to make the administrative record file more accessible to the public through electronic means, such as computer telecommunications, while still maintaining traditional paper-based access options.
