EPA Authorizes Contractors to Access Confidential Business Information Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Transportation and Air Quality plans to grant access to contractors for information submitted under Title II of the Clean Air Act, which may be considered confidential business information, starting November 19, 2012.
