EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Dinotefuran Residues on Pome Fruits and Stone Fruits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted emergency exemptions for the use of dinotefuran on pome fruits and stone fruits, and established time-limited tolerances for residues of the pesticide on these commodities, which expire on December 31, 2015.
