U.S. Department of Education Finalizes Magnet Schools Assistance Program Rule

The U.S. Department of Education has adopted a final rule for the Magnet Schools Assistance Program, allowing school districts to design programs with greater flexibility, effective immediately, in response to comments received on the proposed amendments.
