EPA Proposes Approval of Nevada's Air Quality Plan and Redesignation of Clark County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Nevada's plan to maintain the 1997 8-hour ozone standard in Clark County for ten years beyond redesignation, as well as a request to redesignate the county to attainment of the standard, due to compliance with relevant Clean Air Act requirements.
