EPA Approves California State Implementation Plan Revision for South Coast Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a plan to approve a revision to the California State Implementation Plan, allowing the South Coast Air Quality Management District to transfer emission reductions from a new power plant to another facility, reducing particulate matter and sulfur oxide emissions.
