EPA to Delete Michigan Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 is proposing to remove the Waste Management of Michigan-Holland Lagoons Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
