DoD Issues Interim Rule to Implement US-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is issuing an interim rule to implement the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement, a free trade agreement that provides non-discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Panama, as part of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
