ACHP Issues Program Comment to Streamline Section 106 Review for Post-1945 Concrete and Steel Bridges

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation has issued a Program Comment to exempt federal agencies from considering the effects of undertakings on common bridges and culverts constructed of concrete or steel after 1945, while still requiring Section 106 review for historic properties.
