DOD Proposes Amendment to Authorize Waivers for Personnel Demonstration Projects at STRLs

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing an amendment to Section 342(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 1995, which would allow waivers for certain STRLs to permit terminations during extended probationary periods, facilitating the use of flexibilities in their project plans.
