Final Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for Small Area Fair Market Rent Demonstration Program Participants; Fiscal Year 2013

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development is publishing the final fair market rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for small area fair market rent demonstration program participants, effective October 1, 2013, as required by Section 8(c)(1) of the United States Housing Act of 1937. These rents are only applicable to participating public housing agencies within their metropolitan areas.
