Presidio Trust Proposes Limit on Commercial Dog Walking in San Francisco

The Presidio Trust is considering a public use limit on individuals walking four or more dogs at once in Area B of the Presidio of San Francisco, requiring them to obtain a permit from the City and County of San Francisco.
