Colorado Receives Final EPA Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The state of Colorado has submitted its revised hazardous waste management program to the EPA for final authorization under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), with the EPA proposing to grant approval for the changes, which will take effect unless written comments opposing the authorization are received during the comment period.
