EPA Withdraws Approval of Ohio State Implementation Plan Revision Due to Misinterpreted Terms

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its approval of a revision to the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP) due to misinterpreted terms, and will address the revision in a subsequent final action based on a proposed rulemaking action published on October 1, 2012.
