Federal Government Seeks Public Comments on Lead-Based Paint Hazard Notification Requirements

The U.S. Department of the Administration is requesting public input on a proposed rule requiring notification of lead-based paint hazards in federally-owned residential properties and housing receiving federal assistance, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
